Mr. Sanjay Shirgave started his career during 1989 as a Peon of this bank and has been working with bank since last 32 years. During the tenure of his services, he has been achieved about eight promotions and since last ten years he has worked in the middle/senior management and subsequently promoted as a General Manager. Presently he has been appointed as a Chief Executive Officer/Whole Time Director of the bank as per the RBI guidelines and ‘fit & proper’ criteria.
He is having more than 32 years of experience in banking activities i.e. Investments, Audit & Inspection, Secretary, Legal, HRD, EDP, Staff training program, formation of various policies, Loans & advances etc. Also attended various training programs conducted by IIBF, VAMNICOM & CAB-Pune. He has also been always ahead in imparting to the employees of the bank as well as others too.
He is well qualified and he has achieved all the qualifications as is required for the banking viz. B.A., MA (Eco), MBA, CAIIB, ADUCB(IIBF), GDC&A, AMFI-Mutual Fund Advisor, AML KYC (IIBF) PGDFA(IIBF), Certified Treasury Management, Customer Service Banking, Diploma in Home Loan Advising, NSEs Certification in Financial Market, Certified Financial Planner(CFP)
